The Reliable Intelligence SMS Alerts program provides customer care messages for scheduling, appointment coordination, and service updates on behalf of Reliable Intelligence, Inc. Messages fall into two categories:
- Property tax appeal communications — assessment analysis results, appeal filing deadline reminders, requests for documents needed for an appeal, appeal status updates, and hearing scheduling, for property owners who have asked us to review or appeal an assessment.
- Property management communications — showing confirmations, maintenance updates, and scheduling coordination, sent on behalf of the property management companies we serve.
You will only receive messages in the category that applies to your relationship with us.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your activity.

Consent
