Florida needs one document notarized before we can file. We schedule the call with you between Friday, September 11 and Monday, September 14. A passport works from abroad.

We can file for your whole building with one board resolution and no owner signatures.
Keep paying your tax bill as usual — Florida requires the tax on your unit to be paid for the appeal to be decided, and paying the November bill covers it.
Five minutes now, a 10-minute video notarization between Friday, September 11 and Monday, September 14, and we take it from there. Sign up by Thursday, September 10.
